Costs of both licensing and sourcing have to be considered, and in some cases might be too expensive for certain vehicles. Things like licensing, which could certainly be a problem in the case of the 720S since it's Project Cars 2 cover car. But using this logic "well Turn 10 had a quick turnaround from public release of car to it releasing in-game, so it should be like that for x,y, and z car" is ignoring a lot of other factors that have to be considered. I get what you're saying and the lack of new to franchise cars in FM7 is certainly disappointing. I havent followed the game until the demo came out so I'm not sure, but if the 458 was quickly added to Forza 3 when it was released models like the Giulia or GTC4 should be available at launch. All of the new widebodies look fucking awesome especialy the ATSV, Donk and MX5.
